Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n 6 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked & cut up<\/p>\n\n\n\n 1 can cream of chicken soup<\/p>\n\n\n\n 1 cup sour cream<\/p>\n\n\n\n 3-4 tbsp. poppy seeds<\/p>\n\n\n\n 1 stack Ritz Crackers, crumbled<\/p>\n\n\n\n Butter (not margarine), melted<\/p>\n\n\n\n Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Boil chicken in water until done; place cut-up chicken in bottom of large casserole dish; mix soup, sour cream, poppy seeds and pour over top; crumble Ritz Crackers and sprinkle over top; melt a stick of butter and pour over the top. Cook uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes until it starts bubbling. Can be prepared day before, covered and refrigerated; also holds well in a warm oven.
