Ingredients
- 1 lb bag of carrots, cut up
- Green pepper, diced
- Onion, diced
- Can tomato soup (don’t add water)
- Teaspoon black pepper
- Teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup vinegar
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
Directions: Cook carrots until tender (don’t overcook). Mix all ingredients together/refrigerate and serve the next day.
