Candy Corn Martini
Ingredients:
2 ½ oz. Candy Corn Vodka
½ oz. pineapple juice
½ oz. ginger beer
3 oz. tonic water
White cotton candy, for garnish
Infusion: Cover candy corn with your favorite vodka.Shake occasionally and let sit until the candy corn dissolves (1 – 2 days). Store at room temperature.
Directions: In shaker filled with ice, add candy corn vodka, pineapple juice and ginger beer. Shake and pour into chilled martini glasses. Top with tonic water. Garnish with cotton candy.
Witches Brew
Ingredients:
1½ parts Cherry Vodka
1½ parts watermelon juice
Splash orange liqueur
¼ part lime juice
Pinch salt
2 drops black food coloring
Directions: Combine ingredients shaker filled with ice, shake, and strain.Sugar rim and add something scary!
Halloween Pumpkin Punch
Ingredients:
750 ml bottle of spiced rum
1 cup orange juice1 cup lemon juice
1 cup spiced syrup
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
2 1/2 cups sparkling water
Cinnamon sticks
Dry ice (optional)
Large pumpkin or punchbowl
Directions: Combine the spiced rum, orange juice, lemon juice, spiced syrup and pumpkin puree in a large bowl. Pour the mixture through a mesh strainer and chill until ready to serve. Place a metal bowl into your hollowed pumpkin. Fill the bottom of the bowl with dry ice using tongs or appropriate gloves. Cover with a slightly smaller bowl. Pour the mixture into the top bowl. Add the sparkling water and combine. Carefully pour hot water into the bottom bowl so that it contacts the dry ice. Poor punch into glass and garnish with a cinnamon stick. Stir if ingredients are separating.
