Dinner for Six

Poppy Seed Chicken

Ingredients:

6 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked & cut up

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 cup sour cream

3-4 tbsp. poppy seeds

1 stack Ritz Crackers, crumbled

Butter (not margarine), melted

Directions:

Boil chicken in water until done; place cut-up chicken in bottom of large casserole dish; mix soup, sour cream, poppy seeds and pour over top; crumble Ritz Crackers and sprinkle over top; melt a stick of butter and pour over the top.  Cook uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes until it starts bubbling. Can be prepared day before, covered and refrigerated; also holds well in a warm oven. Serve over rice.
